• If an account shows no activity for an extended period (more than 12 months), 877bt may declare it inactive.
• A maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts; users will be notified in advance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 877bt Platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.

• Attempting to influence outcomes through match-fixing or any other form of dishonest conduct.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or breach the security of the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Deceiving customer support by providing false or misleading information.

877bt may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For breaching these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may close your account at any time. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before doing so. Once the account is closed, no claims for bonuses or pending bets will be accepted.

• If the service is disrupted due to an internet outage or technical failure.
